FS1015CL: SiXiang MEMS thermal mass flow series (without split-flow straight-through structure)
100: Range 0 - 100 SLPM (standard liters per minute, at standard pressure and 20°C)
ISO: ISO15mm medical standard cannula interface (commonly used in ventilators)
C: Dual output: 0.5 - 4.5V analog voltage + IIC digital signal
